1General Introduction

Ttk99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. By accessing our website ttk99.biz or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ttk99. If you do not understand or agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using ttk99 and request the closure of your account immediately.

Ttk99 is a platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. We operate under an international gaming license and all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

2Membership & Eligibility

To register on ttk99, you must meet all of the following requirements. These are strictly verified and no exceptions are made.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Your actual date of birth is required at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh. Registration is not permitted from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own.
• No more than one ttk99 account may be opened under the same person's name, phone number, or bank account.
• Ttk99 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for membership.

Ttk99 may request a National ID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is fully completed.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your ttk99 account. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. ttk99 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• If you log in to ttk99 on a public or shared device, you must log out when you are done.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact ttk99 support immediately.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ttk99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Only ttk99-approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum daily deposit is ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. KYC must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and any suspicious transactions will be investigated.
• Ttk99 withdrawal requests may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to process.

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, ttk99 reserves the right to suspend any transaction pending investigation. Supporting documentation may be requested in such cases.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Ttk99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

• Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before they can be used.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted by the promotion.
• Ttk99 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

6Betting Rules

Certain core principles must be followed when betting on ttk99. These are in place to ensure fair play and equal opportunity for all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Ttk99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (Arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and event.

Odds in live betting change continuously. If odds shift before a bet is confirmed at a specific price, ttk99 may accept the bet at the updated odds.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ttk99. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
• Abusing bonus benefits or engaging in bonus hunting activities.
• Hacking, manipulating, or using any dishonest method to exploit ttk99's software.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using ttk99 for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Collecting other members' personal information or gaining unauthorized access to their accounts.

8Limitation of Liability

Ttk99 strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, our liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• Ttk99 is not responsible for any issues arising from internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• Ttk99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks) are outside ttk99's control.
• Members are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from their gaming decisions.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Both ttk99 and the member have the right to close an account, though the process differs for each.

• If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Ttk99 may close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• As part of responsible gaming, members may request self-exclusion at any time.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts that have not been used for more than 12 months.

10Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Ttk99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
